A values story, never a home-page hero. Built on a filled-up pond on the EM Bypass. When unforeseen escalations in steel and cement prices caused a substantial loss, J.C. Chakraborty & Sons funded the project through to its final Occupancy Certificate.
Hotel Landmark was built on a barren, filled-up pond site on the EM Bypass, with engineering challenges from the foundations up.
The project was overtaken by unforeseen price escalations in both steel and cement. J.C. Chakraborty & Sons funded it through to the final Occupancy Certificate.
